Dear visitors,
Welcome to the new Chemparc website, a true crossroads of innovation and ambition for the Lacq Basin and the Pays de l’Adour.
Our region, with its distinctive industrial heritage, has long been a cornerstone of the French economy. Today, it stands at a pivotal moment in its history.
The Lacq Basin is facing major challenges: the energy transition, decarbonisation, and the reinvention of our economic models. These issues are not only challenges, they are also opportunities to bounce forward. We have the skills, expertise and technical know‑how to shape a bright industrial future, and we are committed to making it happen.
The Chemparc Public Interest Group positions itself as a driving force behind this transformation. As an organisation working on behalf of a collective, we firmly believe that it is together, united around a shared vision, that we will build a strong and sustainable industrial ecosystem. Our mission is clear: to maximise the attractiveness of the Lacq Basin, promote responsible and efficient practices, and create the right conditions for new industrial projects to emerge.
Every day, we support initiatives that reduce our carbon footprint, attract significant investment and foster innovation across our activities.
Imagine a Lacq Basin where industry is deeply rooted in its territory yet open to the world, where innovation beats in step with new technologies. This is what we are building, and every step counts.
I invite you to explore our website and discover our projects, our vision and the opportunities ahead for you. By acting together, we can make the Lacq Basin a benchmark for industrial excellence, proud of its unique heritage, and firmly focused on the future.
With each of you, we will write this next chapter.
Commitment and collaboration will be our strengths in becoming a showcase for sustainable industrial excellence.
